I just signed up with Sprint and I get wonderful reception in Fairfield and all the way to work in Unity. I like being able to use others (Verizon, T-Mobile, etc) towers for free. The phone just switches towers with no dropped calls.

Unicel by far has come a long way. I had T- Mobile for two years, after leaving Fairfield. I may or may not have Service. We took a trip to Fl, and While in Fl very seldom had service. I was sitting across the street from a T-Mobile tower and could not pick it up. After calling T-Mobile call centers, many times and sending E-Mail. I was told to call Unicel as they were usinf there tower. and thiis is when I found out my phone was not compatable with Unicel. I tried for 2 years to get T-Mobile to give me the phone that would work,to no avail. So when my frist contrack was up I went to Unicel and Brought my phone, No contrack. and the one month later I got my 2nd phone. I can go any where in Maine and still have Service.
