US Cellular 0 Out of 5	We thought there was going to be a cell tower built on Waters Hill Rd.in Livermore and have been looking forward to improved reception. However, nothing seems to be happening. Federal Rd.is State Route 4, a major north-south artery and there should be at least passable reception along the road, between Livermore and Livermore Falls. Help!
