BellMobility, not Alltell - there was no button for that - anyway, I get perfect reception from west of FK all the way down to VB and south through Cyr Plt and to St. Agatha and Eagle Lake. However I'm using a Canadian, Bell Mobility pre-paid phone that I got in Edmundston (I live there) as it seems no provider on the US side of the valley can give the same coverage. Sadly, I'd rather have a US provider (as I travel and work in the St. John Valley, US side) since every US number I dial would be long distance from my phone #, so I have to use a dialing code, a pain in the rear. I wish the US providers would get together and provide uniform coverage off each other's towers so I could get a good phone in Mad. to use while traveling in northern Maine.

Verizon reception on Main St.from 11th Ave. east to St. David is very poor. Little chance of holding a cell phone conversation, much less 3G. If you move away from the river and get some altitude, the cell reception improves and you can take advantage of 3G. Most of the town you get spotty reception. Anything from Fox St. and higher up gets great reception. Verizon is aware of the situation, but they're fighting three things. First, the geography of the valley makes it tough to get their signal down to Main St. where most of the people are from their tower on top of 11th Ave. Second, their towers transmit on the same frequencies as the Canadian provider. Until Verizon disallowed data roaming reimbursements from the Canadian towers, things were fine. Verizon's data along the center of town is awful. Lastly, they need to either sectorize their tower or add a repeater along Main St.so that their signal is effective. They're aware of the issue, but I personally don't think they're going to do anything because there aren't enough customers. I'm changing providers first chance I get.
