Verizon 1 Out of 5	Phone worked great until mid summer 2009. Then, all of a sudden, I could do better with two cans and a string. The company investigated and gave me the response that they had a contract with another carrier to use their tower (U.S. Cellular) and it expired. There are no immediate future plans to build any towers along the Moosehead Trail and they have no intention of renewing their agreement with U.S. Cellular. I am going to switch to U.S. Cellular now because they have the only reliable service in the Newport area. Too bad... I liked Verizon.
