I use a Wi-Ex signal booster with an outside yagi antenna. I get 4 to 5 bars most of the time. Without the booster I get nothing to 1 bar. Absolutely nothing inside. Even so, the signal seems to fluctuate at times. This is a mystery to me. Unless it is due to usage or load. Still if there is a certain amount of power emitting from the tower I don't think it can be soaked up by too many users. Bandwidth is another thing.
No coverage at home. Have to drive up the road to Pineland or to Pownal center to get any coverage. Installed a repeater at the house with no improvement at all.
I installed a booster but even then I drop calls now and then. I had visitors using Altell and hey had multi bars in and outside all the time when I could not get service. I would love to know whose tower they were tied into. I'd drop V now and go there.
