Fortunatly the phone is for use In Mass. Once in Southern Maine and New Hampshire, service drops between towers, many dead spots, transmission fades in and out, no reliable reception indoors. I kept it becasue I didn't use it at home. But dropped it becasue of the constant telemarketing by Sprint to add features to the service like games and other non esential items. No kidding as many as 75 calls per week on my land line, as many as 4-5 calls per day from Sprint and when they kept calling me on the cell phone which of course went against my time used, that was enough. Sprint, poor service and a pain in the butt too.
