	I just received my brand new phone from AT&T(Samsung Galaxy S). The phone itself is amazing, but what good is it if it doesn't work? I called 611 (support number), and they suggested that I spend another $200 on a microcell. This would probably improve service, but this device needs to sit near a window and connects to my router. OK, why can't I just use my phone with my router somewhat like a VoIP phone? AT&T can eat crap, because the service is expensive and their customer service sucks almost as bad as their phone service. I should have went to any other company.
