	This is the worst service I have ever had. Before going to Verizon, I could at least get some calls in an upper bedroom. Now I cannot get anything and I am paying for a Family Share Plan that doesn't let me call my son. Yet, the cost to break the plan is ridiculous. Where is our FCC?
