Former AT&T customer happy with TMDA Nokia 3560 on Cingular's network. Was talked into free phone + 2-yr contract going to GSM network. Now lousy reception, dropped calls. No bars to 5 bars (the latter seldom), garbled voice. What a mistake! If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Sometimes there is poor reception, but mostly we have no reception in the house or outside the house. Called customer service to ask a few questions, but they are very rude to you unless everything is going fine with your service. Once you have concerns or comments about your service they act like they don't care and then when you prove a point they just quote your contract with them. After six years, I have had it with them. Going back to AT&T Wireless.

Perfect reception every where around the Waterville area. They are by far the best for reception and customer service in the industry. With their roaming agreements you are pretty much insured that you will have reception in all major cities. You will start to lose service while traveling throughout the foothills of Maine, but who doesn't? The way the topography is in this state, you are not going to get seemless reception, if you want that, then I suggest move to FLA (but no service in the Everglades).

Decent service around college campus and Waterville area. Along I-95 service is also pretty good for a rural area. Once you get out away from the interstate though, service cuts out. Never had a dropped call!
