AT&T 0 Out of 5	Instead of improving it is actually going downhill--I get VM messages now two weeks after the fact. It used to be 2 to 3 days-now they show up in two weeks long after people have tried to reach me. I have been going out in the rain for eons with many kinds of phones-it is not the phones-it is MAINE-they just do not care oabout this state. And they expect us to pay higher prices for NOTHING. Something really needs to be done-this is 10 years now My daughter in Litchfield and myself in Windham have not had a COMPLETE phone call in 10 years
