Doesn't work a message won't send and it takes like ten times to send one message and super slow I was with my friends she toted me and I got it three HOURS LATER!!

I get awful reception at home. Thankfully my V-tech landline phone system has bluetooth. I leave my cell phone in the one location where I get between 1-2 bars. This is close to the base unit of the landline. I just use my cell through the land line bluetooth. That is the ONLY way I can talk on my cell in the house. Otherwise all other calls are dropped. My husband has T-Mobile and his reception is worse than mine. Any other location in Ada or GR is just fine.

My husband and I have had Verizon Wireless for over 5 years. He liked them... . I didn't. His phone worked perfectly and no matter what phone I purchased I always dropped calls. I could stand outside of my house to get signal though. However, in the last 6 months we both have terrible signal. We are always updating our phones (*288 blah blah blah). No improvement. Customer service told me that it is most likely our equiptment that is faulty... .and we are both eligible to upgrade our phones if we sign another 2 year contract. YEAH RIGHT! Why would I want to sign another contract with a company that can't live up to their end of the contract. What a joke!

I live Just North of M-21 close to Pettis. I get 1 bar and drop many calls. In town I get 2 bars. Not very pleased.

when you go under the railroad bridge right near there, you lose all service. I usually have 1-2 bars and I live about.25 miles from the intersection.

Phone works great in most metro areas and even some smaller places like Lowell and Ada. Where I live (not far from St. Patrick's church), it's just terrible and forces me to go outside in the backyard frequently to answer. Sometimes I can get a signal near the 2nd floor window, but even that cuts out during the convo (does not drop the call though). There's a stretch of several miles on 5 Mile RD where I get 0 / low signal.
