	I moved out to North end of Secord Lake area from West Branch. Coverage was awful just a couple of miles out of West Branch and tower went out a few times in WB even in a couple months. For two years I have commuted to Mt. Pleasant. I have watched the coverage go progressively downhill. There are entire areas I used to have coverage that I no longer do. From Gladwin / Ogemaw County line all the way to US 127 I do not have useable coverage, except in city of Gladwin. ATT has gotten awful in NE Michigan. I have been an ATT customer for years when I've lived where they have service contracts available. When this contract is up I am done for good. Customer Service is even rude now, never was the case before. If you live in Gladwin, Clare, Ogemaw, or Roscommon counties, look at other carriers. I don't foresee them making any changes, since tech support keeps going in circles with me on it.
