	Impossible to make connection inside residence. Only able to make limited connection outside, but dropped most of time. Must get into automobile and use mobile antenna to get anything close to reliable connection. Been crying to Verizon on many levels for several years, but nothing changes. Am changing residences in a few months. Will also be changing cell carrier.

	Poor reception and dropped calls from Lake Pleasent to Van Dyke(about 5 miles) on Bowers. Lum road even worst.
