We have poor reception in our home. We have to stand by the window or hang out of it to make or receive calls. Updated the phone numerous times and still get dropped calls.

T-Mobile has been awful so far! Like another comment I read, I often have to step outside of my home to make a call. I have had no less than 40 "call failed" messages and dropped calls in the last 2 months. In fact, I will be calling my T-Mobile rep. to cancel this service today.

I live in Lake Village of Auburn Hills apartments (across from the Great Lakes Crossing mall). There is great coverage close up to Baldwin, where there is a Sprint store. Go about a 1 / 2 mile into the apartment community and the coverage worsens considerably when I am in my apartment. I used to get perfect coverage when I was with Nextel.

Calls are almost always dropped while traveling on I-75 over the M-59 interchange.

Coverage is awful in my home -- varies from no signal to one bar -- drops almost every call -- my spose gets better coverage with her inexpensive Nokia -- I can go about 1 / 2 mile in any direction and get 4-5 bars -- very frustrating!

Have been with T-Mobile for almost 2 years. I am forced to switch to another cell phone carrier because I cannot make a call inside my home. The call will fail and I have to step outside for any kind of reception. Otherwise, T-Mobile has been great. Good customer service, great rate plans, etc. But I can't stand outside in the subzero temps in winter to call someone.
