T-mobile is horrible out here. It changes from good reception to no reception. Not reliable.

i can sit on my couch on main floor and one minute have five bars, the next second have none. this happens all day and all night!

5 bars outside, 1 bar inside. You're telling me AT&T can't transmit through drywall?? BS

reception is poor in house, have to stand by a window to talk and even then calls can drop without warning. Do lot of work in all parts of SW Michigan, reception is average at best. Sprint talks of addtional towers since 2001?? Worst problem north of Sturgis, MI, involved in head on accident, Sprint dropped my calls at least six times trying to call supervisor. While other people around me were able to call for help. Going to Alltel or maybe AT&T

some days I drop every call and others only every other call

Each time I re-up with Nextel they promise they will look into the problem. Nothing changes the poor reception.

I can see a huge tower (Capstar Radio Operating Co, 14848 6 1 / 2 mile road) from my home, but cannot get a reliable cell signal in my house. If I stand near a sliding glass my call is below average, if I'm anywhere else in the house it varies from 'poor' to 'no reception'. Service north of Battle Creek, in Pennfield twp is consistently poor to no reception. When traveling out of state, service is generally good.

I get great reception at home (most of the time) however when I travel to and from work (on I-94) my service sucks and that's being nice... Somewhere's around Galesburg and / or if I go around Gull Rd in Kalamazoo. I am looking for a better priced / more reliable network to switch to, but torn between Cingular, Sprint and Alltel... Allthough Alltel seems to be a croud favorite around here!? :)

Service drops off when you head the the south end of the county. Phone constantly searches and switches for service resulting in dropped calls, poor reception.

I actually get 6 (FULL) Bars of Reception on My Phone. However, The Actual Reception is Aweful It is very hard to carry out any conversation with out repeating it about 10 times.

It should be illegal for T-Mobile to do business in Battle Creek before their coverage is better. Many dead spots and lots of dropping. Their coverage map online is accurate, if you simply change "great" to "works" and "good" to piss poor.

TERRIBLE, lousy rotten service. Most of the time one bar, some days two. Can only use T-Mobile if I am in a MAJOR metro area. Went beyond the 14 days cancellation period (even though we logged a service request at 9 days) and am stuck for a year with two phones I can't use.

Alltel reception has always been exceptional, especially obvious that I'm now stuck in a one-year contract with T-Mobile for two phones that won't work

when you get signal, nothing sounds better. but in my home, barely one bar, and frequent dropped calls. looking now for a phone and service that will work from my home.

I have to walk down the street just to get 1 Bar... in my own yard or neighbors nearby I don't even get service. Sometimes it takes days to get voice message... .Looking for a different carrier
