	My phone rarely works inside buildings and often drops calls while outside or driving. My phone service was decent until March of this year and they still have not fixed their network issues. I have had case open since April.

	Switched to Cingular from Verizon about a year ago and have been very satisfied. Live in Midland and work in Bay City and get great reception in both cities. When I take Salzburg Rd, there is a hole where reception is spotty between Mackinaw Rd and Garfield Rd. On the highway it is 5 bars all the way. Just a note, I rent space to a girl with a cell phone kiosk. I've heard from numerous elderly people that they were charged (and paid) for their Verizon phones at the end of their contracts. That's why the switch.
