	Very good reception in the Big Rapids area. Had Sprint for one year and was occasionally disappointed with service outages and dead areas. Have not had a single problem with Alltel. Service around Ferris State University's campus is good but spotty at times due to buildings, hills, and weather. Overall I am very satisfied with Alltel's service and support.

	I have never had such a bad phone and phone reception as I have with AT&T. When I complain, the attitude is basically, "It sucks to be you" I can't wait until my contract is up. Customer service with AT&T is terrible.

	I have an older phone that works great everywhere except from Big Rapids to Grand Rapids. It seems that the Sprint Network along that section goes out every month for a day or two. Sometimes every week, last winter anyway. I will change to another provider when my contract is up that has better coverage around Big Rapids.
