	For voice reception, the signal varies from 1 to 4 bars; normally is 3 bars. In the house, must stand still by window on tower side of the house or the call will be dropped. For internet data connection, bars on Alltell Axcess PC modem program is 1 or 2. EVD0 service is the norm but sometime switches to 1X. Patience or disconnect with a power off / on cycle of the cell phone (used as modem) nomally and readily returns the service to EVD0 (the 1X service is almost as slow as dial-up). On the north side of Niles Main street at Howard or Wayne, the voice service is 5 bars with strong EVD0 service. Also on the south side of niles at 11th street just south of U.S. 12, the voice service is 5 bars with strong EVD0 service. At this location the Alltel Axcess PC modem program shows 4 (is the max) bars. At the Wagner / Coveney Roads area, the cellular internet is normally good with EVD0 service, but is not reliable like cable internet, but in this area of the county, cable internet is not available, DSL is not available and satellite internet is not a good option for my purposes so cellular interent is the best option as it is 100% better than land line dial-up even though it is not reliable 100% of the time.
