I'd had Sprint for about 5 years now. I've lived in my house around Byron Center and 64th for 3 years and never had a problem with reception. I had never dropped any calls... .that is until May 2008. Now my phone goes in an out of roaming all day long. I fail to receive incoming calls (sometimes) When this happens, the call does not show up on Missed Calls and I have no idea that the person has tried to call unless they leave a voice mail or numeric page. I've called Sprint customer service and they said it was the phone I was using. I purchased a new phone. Obviously, it's not the phone, because the new phone is doing it too. I have spent many, MANY hours on the phone with Sprint Customer Service to resolve this issue, but so far... .NOTHING. I am quite dis-satisfied right now, but I'm stuck in a 2 year contract.
