Had good reception with Alltel. With the take over Verizon let a shared tower go. Sucks now.

AT&T coverage is TERRIBLE and AT&T has No Interest in Improving coverage until mid 2012 at soonest. Several trouble calls and they tell me to just wait till I " Get the Signal " when AT&T moves Used 3-G equipment North from Metro Detroit area to replace the existing 2-G or Edge towers. Poor Customer Service at best on a good day. Thanks AT&T for Nothing, Keep up the Great Job,,,

we have been with ATT for 10 years we seen the problems and good things but we are looking for a new company as ATT had told us to stay on month to month after our contract ended last year and we would be paying the same, no changes to service or options, well they now changed our options and what services we hold with them. They said they have to do that and it does not matter we had a clause in the contract to stay month to month at the contract rate and services. What a big let down.

I live in River Edge Estates on the north side of Boon Road, 2.5 mi. east of the 131 freeway. The reception in my house is nonexistent. Zero bars. My neighbors across the street are on their AT&T phones all the time. They don't even have land lines. As soon as my contract is up. I'm switching to AT&T.

A real Crap shoot, sometimes it actually holds a call inside the house... other times you have to go outside to continue your call

Typical day at home - 1 bar - poor reception. On good day - 2 bars. Many dropped calls. Difficult to get digital service - often switches from digital to analog during dialing out. Many incoming calls go to voice mail before phone rings due to poor reception. Perfrect 5-bar service when in city of Cadillac - otherwise just ok average service along major highways.

Great reception from my home, which until recently was unable to connect in this area, must be a new tower in area, I'm real happy with Cellular One.

Reception is great with Alltel in Cadillac, but in the summer when people from down south come up with Verizon, Alltel does experience capacity issues. Alltel needs to add another tower to deal with their capacity issues in Cadillac.
