	December 2011 Used to get good reception with Verizon until about 2 months ago. Don't know what happened. We also got new phones and got even worse reception. New tower needed in the Chelsea- Manchester area. Looking for a new a new service.

	Reception very poor of not at all most of the time. As of 6 / 26 / 2006, a new tower is being erected 2 miles north of Boyce Rd on M-52. Not sure which carriers will be using this tower.

	How the phone company can get away with charging consumers for non delivery of service continues to boggle my mind. Verizon Wireless absolutely stinks in this area. They sold me an upgrade phone that doesn't do anything more than the one that came with the plan. The service flops into voicemail with messages getting posted 3 days after the call. Reception is slim to nonexistent. Consider yourself forwarned if you are in this area regarding Verizon. I would love to see the government come down on this utility for scamming the public.
