I have great reception near the (maybe new) tower in Fairview. Just got signal in the last couple months. Not sure if T-Mobile is opening up to other frequencies or have they added a GSM tower in the area. I have called T-Mobile and Cellular one (NPI wireless) and nobody can tell me why I all of a sudden have coverage. However it seems to be exclusive to my Nokia 6010 ONLY! I have a Seimens CF62 (with the loop on top) and borrowed a Motorola V600 and NEITHER of them would get a signal at all. Not even near the tower when the NOKIA had full strength! I have a cabin in Comins and only get one bar there and am looking for a phone that has an antenna port that I can use with a roof mount antenna to use for our main phone and drop the land line. Also would like to use it there for internet access, currently use M33 access dial up. So I need to first figure out why the NOKIA works and others don't. I am going to try a RAZR next weekend. Cellular one supports that phone too so I am hoping it will work.
