This has been the best phone and service I've had. Nextel / Sprint was the worst! Cingular was a little better, not much though. Haven't had any problems. This is my only phone. I got rid of my landline.

Usualy no connection in the house, you may get a bar or 2 if you walk around outside, there is a tower right down the street, go figure.

Reception is definitly better the past few months, but used to have lots of dropped calls here. Now getting 2 bars average.

We couldn't be more disappointed with our reception at home, (1 / 4 mi. N of Richfield Rd.) Limited and usually no reception in the house at all. 1-2 bars in the yard with likely chance of losing the signal. Every service call results in an invitation to donate our property for a tower. Cells are basically a bust unless we're on the road.
