Had to get an Airave to get reception in my house. Even that sucks. It only works if you're within 10 feet using a 14Mbps ethernet connection. Also, where the heck is the 4G promised in the first quarter 2011? I'm paying $30 per month for three 4G phones and no 4G service. What a ripoff! Sprint better get its act together fast or I'm switching to Verizon. At least they have 4G.

Little to no signal indoors, have to go outside to get 2 bars to use phone. Updated via *228 with no improvement. Signal spotty but usually can talk as long as I'm outside.

No signal inside, have to go outside to use phone. Cingular store is.2 miles away and I get full signal there, they probably use a signal booster in store. they say to shut my phone off for 1 hour a day to update... how does a phone powered off update? Crap signal and crap customer service.

5 bars for Nextel. Perfect voice, data, and walkie talkie.

No recetion inside our house.If you get a signal it will not last. Most of the time you will lose the call. Whant to make a call, go outside. Sprint says every thing is fine. Can't wait for contract to end.

NO BARS inside our house, since AT&T take over we have to step outside to receive / make calls! Terrible service! We can hardly wait till contract is over.

I get a good signal... in my house and around the area. I use the web on my phone often, also very quick.

Nextel is just plain awsome. Works great everywhere in Dearborn. Dropped calls is just not part of what Nextel does.

Can barely use the phone in the house at any time. Dropped calls often occur. Outside is OK.

Possible proximity to Detroit Metro Airport's approach and takeoff routes may explain problem reception; frequently lose calls midstream when planes are overhead. Verizon has offered no effective remedy.

It's about average. Nothing special. It's not perfect but it's hell of a lot better than Cingular. It'll work better outside. The only place where there's a problem is Warren and Inkster area in Dearborn Heights.

Barely anything at my house. Dropped calls 24 / 7. Switching when contract is up. They have the worst coverage, horrible customer service, and cheap phones. They suck

I have coverage everywhere I go. I have never had a dropped call in the 6 months I have had Verizon. I had cingular, they were a joke. They may have the most people for a wireless company but their reception sucks. Oh ya, Go pistons

signal will go from 1 - 4 bars, works fine for 30 seconds and then cuts out... moving or staying still inside or out... like the phone is switching between two towers and just has trouble with the handoff... ???

For the first three months of my contract, my reception was great--I often had 5 bars. For the past 4 months or so, I'm lucky to have one bar in any location. I drive back and forth between Dearborn and Ann Arbor, and reception is uniformly horrible. I know my phone isn't defective, as my wife has a phone under the "family plan" with the same issues. TMobile has offered no explanations whatsoever. Avoid TMobile at all costs!

I have to be by a window or outside to get reception. Phone works great everywhere else in the surrounding area.

I don't know if it's my proximity to metro airport, but I have dead spots all over my house. It frequently switches from digital to analog then back again, then calls get dropped without warning. I know other people in the area that use a difference service provider and they have the same problem. If I go in my basement, forget about it. No reception at all.
