I was having horrible network problems with AT&T. My phone would show all 5 bars, but my calls were dropped, my phone would switch from 3G to EDGE all the time, calls was garbley. Verizon is very strong here and I'm happy for the switch. I use the iPhone as a iPod touch. Can't wait for Verizon to get this baby!
i do not like them I got charger 3 times ilast week and today from $45.00 to $50.00 say because micigan tax went up with in 2 weeks. so I i am change to boost mobile.
my Motorola Q has great reception. I've had it since thanksgiving and my signal never fades, even in other cites(Dearborn, Livonia, Westland, etc.) Verizon has great service and great phones, Keep up the good work
In my house I get full bars and ever where around this area. I get full bars. Only thing is sometimes people can not hear me on this phone though I think the microphone on GSM RAZR's are very bad. My friend has a metro PCS RAZR V3c and hears is clear I can tell that i'm being heard through the other end. I am gonna upgrade / downgrade to a Samsung t329 since I found my 6.0 FujiFilm Megapixel camera and got a 5th 30GB Generation iPod Video for Christmas.
Much better than Nextel or Sprint. Full strength in and out of house. Works on WSU campus... Nextel switches over to "Telus" they're Candian counterpart.
i never miss or drop a call Verizon is the best... . i have made calls in tunnels and perfect... i drove from detroit to chicago and talked all the way... the next best thing to having someone next to you in the car... .
I've never had a problem with Verizon ever! I can even talk on elevators in Southfield. I went to Toronto recently and still perfect service. Verizons customer service is really there for you. For example, there were times I couldn't pay my bill on time so they took a post dated check and kept my service on. Unlike Sprint - they'll turn your phone off with no warning or anything. Verizon's plans and prices aren't competitive though, especially for Regional plans - so I switched to T-Mobile to save money for about 2 weeks and I had the worse calling reception and customer service help when I called for assistance. Tmobile's customer service reps couldn't even help me with using text messaging on my phone, they said they didn't know how because the phone was new so I'd have to call back the next day. The phone I got with T-Mobile was the absolute worse (Samsung E315), I couldn't even talk in my own home. I went back to Verizon quick, fast and hurried! I guess you get what you pay for.
I work downtown in a large building and just switched to T-Mobile from Sprint. I've read that GSM often has poor performance in buildings, but my reception has been perfect in most areas.
