Very poor reception here at my work location. Most calls are cut off or go directly to voicemail.

In or near my house-dropped calls garbled reception and no bars,store manager at the Sprint store blamed it on everything from the siding on my house (which is brick) to iron ore deposits in my area! Also I had no bars inside the Sprint store!

Nextel phone sucks in flint droped calls all the time in my home it sucks. Need a phone that works when you need it to work. I don't want to go outside to make a call in the winter it's cool outside!!

Reception very poor. Two bars at most then cuts down to one when I dial. Also cuts out often during conversation. A.T.And T. was honest by saying that they don't have good coverage in the area and a newer phone wouldn't improve it. So much for the commercial huh!!!!!

Seems I get all the bars if I'm on the second floor of the house, but traveling around, I lose calls or they break up constantly.

Everytime I pass through the area, the call drops. Not limited to just this area. Seems like anytime you get 2 miles off of I-75 your service goes bye bye. You think for the amout of money we pay they would invest in better equipment and more towers. Blows my mind that anywhere north of Alger I can't even get a signal. Save your money and stay away from sprint! Not sure who's better, but can't be much worse.

About 1 year ago, our reception in and around our home was fine. Now, we are lucky to get any bars at all within our home. We are at zero bars or in "analog" most of the time. We have one or two spots in our entire home where we can talk on our cell phones or we have to roam around outside. Sometimes if we are lucky enough to catch enough bars to make a call, as soon as we press "send" the bars disappear. And what happens when we make a complaint to customer service? We get a person on the other end who knows less about cell phones than we do! What are we paying for??

2 bars if your lucky. Need more towers or more power on the towers that we have. Not great service for money they charge.

I used to have great reception and no dropped calls. Since "upgrading" my phone to one with a built in antenna I have lousy reception. If I'm lucky I get one bar on the phone.

Verizon constantly drops calls and signal strength is constantly changing from full to 0 signal. If I am near I-75 I am ok but as soon as I start to head east towards the Kearsley area the service is almost not usable.

I love Cingular I get great service with my phone. I would recommend all my friends to get this phone and plan that I use.

Don't buy a Nextel plan if you intend on using a cell phone... ... ..enough said.

I have had Verizon for many years but as soon as my contract is up I am done.I have dropped calls,no reception.it is terrible all over michigan

I live nearby and the reception is terrible. Constant dropped calls and missed calls. Often the phone doesn't even ring, but then there will be a missed call alert. Moreover, the phone doesn't even register a number in the 'missed calls' list on the phone. This is very annoying and very frustrating. Everytime I see those commercials claiming, "Can you hear me now... Good," I'm thinking "Yeah Right!"

My service always goes in and out and I can barely hear who I am talking to... .. cool looking phones poor reception need another carrier

Overall I get a pretty good signal, although in certain stores (Kroger, Meijer, WalMart) the reception is touch and go. If you're lucky enough to get a call, don't move! You will probably get cut off. Lately it seems like my calls get cut after a few minutes for no reason. Cricket is a great local service, unlimited calls are perfect for me, however when you get out of the area you're screwed. Wish someone could come up with a bigger area.

Don't go into the Meijer building if you plan on recieving a phone call, you'll never get it. Phone calls that do get through will drop in about 10 seconds.

No service at all until you get to second floor of building.
