I just switched to AT&T after probably 3-4 years with T-Mobile. The difference is stunning. I could almost never make a quality phone call with T-Mobile, even with their new "@Home" service which is marketed towards people with bad cell reception at home. Even when I had a good signal elsewhere on T-Mobile, it was hard to make a quality call. Now, in my house with AT&T which is usually a dead zone I get great call quality. Nearly land-line. Thumbs up to AT&T. It's nice FINALLY having a working cell phone.

Can you hear me? No way. I have to go stand on a particular 3 foot section of my driveway to get any reception at all. When I am able to recieve calls half the time reception is garbled or people can't hear me. I have taken my phne in several times. Cingular kept it each time for a month and then returned it to me with absolutely no improvement. My contract expires today it will give me great pleasure to switch carriers!

We can't make or receive calls at home - unless we go outside and maybe then its possible. Cingular's marketing about 'fewest dropped calls' is probably true - because the calls don't go through in the first place! I was hoping for better service once they merged with AT&T, but its just as bad as ever.

Very poor reception on all Cingular phones inside and ouside the house. Fewest dropped calls????The data service is a joke. Not an impressive service almost anywhere I go in the State. I know the Blackberry is part of the problem - wish they had cell phones that were more business less residential.

Terrible reception here. Sprint is horrible, customer service horrible. Can't say enough bad things about Sprint. If you are even thinking of Sprint, run the other way.

There seems to be a hole in the reception right here. Everywhere around this intersection, the reception is GREAT!
