	1.5 miles south of I-94, calls drop in the house, modem data transfer variable. Usable but not great.

	I continue to be impressed by Alltel's reception moving from Marshall to Galesburg. There are very few dead spots and I've rarely, if ever, dropped a call. Good, usable signal almost everywhere even if I don't get 5 bars. The main variable seems to be the speed of Internet access using the phone as a modem. I get much faster download speeds at my workplace in Lansing (with a tower very close), than I do at home in Galesburg. Also, I tend to lose signal in the basement, but nowhere else in the house. Far better, on average, than any other service I've tried, which includes every major carrier but T-Mobile.
