	I'm in the Townsend on the Park development just past Nixon on Saginaw Hwy. I can see the cell tower from outside my window, but only get 2-3 bars inside my appartment, even standing next to the window.

	static reception... I called Cingular and they said even though the tower is at M-100 and M-43 (Saginaw) in Grand Ledge, my home about 2 miles away, south of Saginaw on Nixson road is in a weak area. If I go a few blocks away towards St. Joe or Saginaw my reception is fine. I had to drop my Cingular service
