Verizon 4 Out of 5	We've had VERIZON for 15 yrs. and have had spotty coverage during that time. However, text messaging has been very beneficial and timely. We text between hunting spots which can be very useful. Still have to stand in certain spots at our cabin for good reception when talking, but overall have been happy with VERIZON. (never had Alltel to compare to).

Alltel 4 Out of 5 Phone Model: HTC PPC6800	For the past few years, not only did I get excellent phone reception on Alltel, but I could tether my phone to my laptop and make windows Live Calls! Excellent reliability, no dropped calls, no interruptions. Since Verizon bought them out I will need to switch carriers and equipment and I just don't know. I've heard a lot of complaints about Verizon in that area, so we'll see if they picked up Alltel's coverage or not... . Stay tuned.
