Poor reception at our long driveway. No reception inside our house. Rude response from Verizon customer service - very disappointed.

Always drop calls along I-94 from mile marker 145 to 154. Coverage in my home goes from Verizon to Extended Network to Analog Roaming and No Service with standing in one spot. Use to have great service for 15 years when I lived in Garden City and all the traveling I do, but now can't get a decent signal sitting in my home for past 2 years.

Nextel... ... Where to begin... ..Sometimes it's fine but then the other side rears it's ugly head. We use these phones for business and take them on a few vacations. The two-way service was nice to use at first but the excitement wears off quickly. That annoying two-way beep is enough to drive me to drinking. I do not understand why so many people feel they HAVE to have a Nextel in the Jackson area. We are about to switch to another service and I am anxious to see how the others work. In a nutshell, If you live in Jackson, and don't mind poor reception, dropped calls and SEVERELY outdated phones... Nextel is your phone! Not me, I'm not going to sit and wait for it to get better. My money,My choice! Thanks
