Been with Sprint for years but need to change. Cell service gets worse each year. Terrible service now even with a booster. Dropped called constantly. Need to search for new provider. Customer service has been good.

Our phones only work in our living room sitting next to the window while at home. Voicemails will arrive without the phone ringing. Many many dropped calls on the way to Grand Rapids heading west on State road towards Middleville. They work great everywhere but where we want to use them.
