Sprint is a terriable carrier for cell phone's. We get no service we dont get our mess cant send texr can't do anything. They won't do anything They say there is bare spots all over in Michigan wher are phones may not work well they dont work and I want out.

Switched to AT&T from Sprint so daughter could get reception at school near Chicago. Well, she gets reception now but the parents at home don't so we now pay more for a cell phone plan and she still can't get a hold of us.

A contract means I get something I pay for, right? No AT&T reception in or outside of house on my iPhone west of Ottawa County Fairgrounds and also all the way to beach on Ottawa Beach Rd. Add tower very soon or no more At&T for me.

Really want to keep my iphone, but At&t' service is unrelliable in the area.

Since Verizon took over Alltel, the service as I drive near Holland on I-196 from mile markers 40-46 are terrible, nearly always a lost call or just terrible, unusable wireless service from my blackberry curve. I am getting a new wireless provider for this and the terrible service we get from Verizon to date (Alltel was much better service for our company).

Had to switch from Verizon as soon as I moved here 2 years ago. Have had not ONE problem with Virgin Mobile since then. Won't even think about changing.

Holland has 3g coverage now! Been waiting for this day for a long time coverage even improved with what changes they made!

The tower at West Middle School is AT&T's as well as the tower behind Taco Bell on S. Washington. Plans to Construct a tower on the South side are in progress. The tower by Harrington Elementary is maxed out on carriers.

Please put up a tower in this area, by the South side of Lake Macatawa, or add on to the one just down the street. This would cover the east side of 160th street. The intersections are 160th and 32nd, and 160th and South Shore Drive. Holland, MI 49423 There is a already a tower at 1468 west 32nd street. Thats the one that you could add on to.

Outside, maybe 4 bars Inside, maybe 2 bars I didn't know I had 6 bars until I took a trip up to Cadillac

Had Cingular and went through two phones before getting them to let me out of my contract because their service went from 1-2 bars to zero in my home. Verizon is better, with 1-2 bars most of the time. Still an issue of a dropped call here and there (less than 1% of the time).

Two or one bars outside. One or none indoors. Wife's MOTOROLA V3M averages about one bar better than my Samsung. Gets better going east to highway (31). Is that a new tower going up at Butternut and Riley (by Boys / Girls club)?

Signal poor anywhere west of 64th St. in Laketown from Lake Macatawa south toward Saugatuck. Also poor on north side of Lake Mac. west of about Division Ave... ..basically anywhere in near the lake shore.

Alltel's reception is generally good in the area. I have a bigger issue with their pricing and service. Certainly not the lowest price and not the friendliest service, almost arrogant.

Used to be good, then became terrible recently. After calling tech support many times they informed me that they "Don't guarantee service." But they will guarantee that I'll receive my bill every month...

We had 2 to 3 bar reception until May 1 then we got no reception. We called 3 times and got 2 promises for for call backs which never happened. Very poor customer service, they do not meet what they advertise on the web site

1 bar indoors, usually 2 or 3 outside not too bad, it used to be worse

Primarily at one bar, where it fluxtuates between Analog, No Server or 2 bars. Response from Verizon, not guaranteed to have coverage within a building.

After trying Verizon, AT&T, and others, Altell is the only one that can give my reasonable reception in the north side of Holland. I can use it in my home on Lakeshore, even get calls in the bathroom inside a building. The only reliable service I have found consistent in Michigan north of Grand Rapids. Traveled western USA with reasonable coverage.

Useless in doors, better standing in the middle of the street. Land line a must.
