This phone (service) has never dropped a call and there have been few places with no service (Grandville in spots and sometimes in Jenison Meijer). Other than that... I love Sprint and my Lotus!

It has a tendency to drop calls while sitting in one spot even with full bars. Full bars one minute, then no bars the next!

Like other Carriers mentioned, Verizon is marginal here at best. With our two types; 2- Motorola and 3- Samsung phones, one minute full scale strength and the next minute a dropped call. How ignoring and frustrating. When will FCC step in and for the public interest and safety, make all carriers in an area put up towers to meet the needs of customers for that area licensed??!?? Yes, I have called Verizon Customer Service for last 6 years with promices of new towers and to date, no results.

Irradic at best! One street all of our family cell phones (2-Motorola and 3-Samsung) full scale then next street including my home street only 1 bar with many dropped calls in my neighborhood. Verizon has promised new towers for last 4 years with no results! This seems to be problem with other carriers as well due to lack of political presure for corporations to improve service! Hopefully the FCC will get off their butts and force cell companies to improve for public's safety and convienence. Thanks for your reading.

Switched to AT&T for better price through work. Coverage in Hudsonville is terrible. I drop calls all the time in my home and others complain that I am breaking up when elsewhere. I cant make or receive any calls right in downtown Hudsonville shopping district. I have used Verizon and Alltel before. Both had great coverage in Hudsonville. Alltel was better on Lake Michigan and up in Ludington. I even had coverage in the UP with Alltel.

Nextel is the worst service in the Hudsonville area for reception. Most of the time I have to move around to one or two spots in my house to use the phone. I even drop calls outside in my yard. I had Alltel through work and never dropped anything. In the process of switching to them now.

I have Nextel (the bill now says Sprint though) and it's absolutely awful in the entire Hudsonville area. Expecially the Georgetown Forest area. I'm getting ready to get rid of this service, it's worthless.
