Nextel was great at one time... however... the Monster of Sprint has taken over and made things bad. Customer service is poor, and the Motorola phones are cheaply made and are too expensive. My girlfriend has Altell and has great reception everywhere, so I will be switching to Altell as soon as my contract with Nextel is up.

Since the merger with Sprint my Nextel reception has gone downhill fast. It used to work pretty good but now I can barely make a call. I have to constantly move around to attempt to keep the signal. I work in Holland and have the same problem there. I am done with Nextel.

We have had Verizon service for 4 years now, and have always had excellent coverage all over Jenison. This includes inside our home.
