	I have been contact with customer service,they wanted to sell me new stuff.I said it sounds like a good deal but first lets get what I have working. I talked with a Tech guy and he said I was five miles from the closest tower and that I was getting the best I was going to get for now. He wouldn't say if a better antena for my air card would make it better or not. I was pleased with the tech guy and all his help. Still I get spotty service. Once in a while it will run at 1.5m but most of the time it is around 250kbs,better than dial-up but not the best it can be.

	Ever since Verizon took over Alltel, reception has been lousy. Dropped calls, no signal most of the time, voices garbled or can't be heard at all. Horrible service in this area.

	very sparadic reception, I have the free roaming, even with a unknown tower just off Moorestown rd very poor reception and dropped calls constantly was told by a Verizon rep I should have full power, but !

	between Lake City and Houghton Lake, the Merrit area has no signal, called Verizon and was told I should have full service in the area, think agian Verizon Can't hear you now!!

	Verizon has towers in Cadillac that are too weak for reception in Lake City but strong enough to steal the signal from tha Alltel towers colser by... miss alot of calls
