Usually can only get 1 bar. Lots of dropped calls, voice fading in and out constantly, getting voice mail hours later than when called. Verizon rep tells me it"s because of a lack of towers. I'm about 2 miles away from closest tower. When I pull in front of tower, I still only get 2 bars.

dropped calls rarely, but they do occur. compared to other services though, Verizon is "best" option.

Flips between 1 or 2 bars and no reception whether inside house of out. AT&T keeps saying they will improve coverage yet nothing but promises so far.

Very poor reception in most parts of Lambertville, MI. Can hold a call if outdoors of my residence, but email reception is spotty at best. This is a highly populated area with primarily new homes. I only have AT&T because it is my employer's carrier choice. Verizon is used for our personal phones and reception is great in all areas around Lambertville. Why AT&T chooses to not compete in this area is a mystery. Additional note - Verizon network for data (mobile web and email) is far superior to AT&T in most of this region, even in areas where AT&T reception is adequate.

Usually no service but periodically get 1 bar both inside and outside of residence. AT&T claims coverage is poor because of zoning restrictions. Yet since I have switched to Verizon Wireless I receive full bars and Verizon is adding new tower.

Have had Sprint, then Alltel and now Verizon, they all claim good coverage but fail miserably! I have inquired many times re: any new towers and no one provides a straight answer.

This has bee a two month quest with Verizon. I am on me 5th smart phone in two months. Almost every call is a dropped call or poor connection. I have had Verizon for 5 years with so-so service. Now Verizon Tech says that I am in a dead zone eventhough I am within 2 miles of a tower to the south and north of my location. Verizon tech recommends I switch providers. The Verizon office in Toledo said that Bedford Township has been oversold and at capacity yet they continue to sell new customers.
