	I have had Verizon for 8 years at least and never had a problem with reception in the Lansing area. When I head up north it works fine.

	I have been happy with Verizon for years. Reception and their 800 number customer service is good. However the Lansing store on Saginaw is terrible. The customer service folks couldn't be less concerned about your service or even if you continue to be their customer.

	I recently moved from Grand Rapids to Lansing. My phone got excellent reception in Grand Rapids, but thus far I have been less than pleased with it in the Lansing area. The phone frequently drops calls from my home, and reception at my workplace is awful to non-existent. I have noticed that the phone will often switch between digital and analog modes even outside with a clear sky. In most areas, the phone is great, but not here, which is where I spend 90 percent of my time. I may be shopping for a new service.
