I am getting very poor reception and having 15-20 dropped calls per day. I need to go to Holt rd. towards Okemos to get reception. I used to get much better reception and could even talk inside my house up until about a month ago. Very dissappointed and will not be signing another contract with Verizon again!If you live in Mason MI find another carrier.

My MiFi2200 unit which performed at max speed from July 23, 2009 thru November 10, 2009 (approximate) has now gone in the tank. Verizon tells me that I live in a marginal zone. Prior to early November I was NOT in a marginal zone. Obviously Verizon has made network changes which they will not fess up to. Neither do they have a solution to offer although they did offer to terminate my MiFi service without penalty. If I load my laptop and MiFi 2200 into my car and drive a very few miles the service performs as it should. The Verizon reps tell me I am 2 miles from each of two towers. At that distance my service should be superb. Also I am about 300 feet from a major expressway that is lined with cell towers. Nw I am left with having to buy out of my contract which has 18 months left to go. Thanks Verizon for nothing. The other issue is I seriously doubt that A.T. and T. or Sprint are any better.

Never had so many calls dropped. Forget about getting calls inside my house. Literally have to go outside or hang out a window if by fluke chance it does ring. Then still have EVERY call drop????? We pay them top dollar every month, I expect top service???????????

I just bought this service today and found out when I got it home there is zero signal in my apartment. None, not even if I stand by an open window. Part of the problem is the direction my building faces, but still I'm absolutely fuming right now.

1 bar if lucky, quickly fades to 0 bars once conversation begins - really, really BAD service

Even though reception isn't too great, calls don't get lost.
