No reception out here (although Alltel map shows coverage). No reception with verizon. Cingular can get 1 bar. For 6 years, Verizon and Alltel have promised they are adding towers - but nothing yet. Then they wonder why we can have 4 phones on a 300 minute family plan - cause none of them work at home!

Reception ranges from none (most of the time) to poor (infrequently) at home. This, obviously, severely limits our use of the service.

Receptions seems to have gone from bad to worse starting June 12th... digital TV switchover a coincidence?

Poor to no reception in my house, and more often than not outside around my house. I spoke with the Cingular reps and they showed me that a new tower had been installed at Saginaw / Eastman, but this hasn't helped at all. As a matter of fact, I think that my reception has been worse since then. My housemate has a tracfone and gets exceptional service in the house. My service is good everywhere else.

Cingular admits the coverage is 'spotty' and opted not to send a different phone to try to keep me as a new customer. I will have to go back to Alltel using the old Nokia.

usually one bar downstairs two to four upstairs. no problems at all with service around town. Now I'm just waiting for beaverton and gladwin to get coverage this summer

in most the house my phone works great, roommates phone gets no service at all (thought it is exact same model) and has to go outdoors to place / accept calls

Terrible reception in my house. Often have to go outside of house to make calls.

T-Mobile is NOT licensed to have coverage in Midland County. Instead of roaming on Cellular One or Cingular (which both have coverage in Midland), a T-Mobile phone will usually lock onto a weak distant T-Mobile signal from Bay or Saginaw counties... which is the reason T-Mobile has such poor reviews for Midland. One cannot even sign up for T-Mobile with a Midland County address. It would be nice if this roaming issue could be fixed.

the phone is full bars..but I am on data only plan... and when I get to midland it saids network data services are currently unavailable. Soo that means just the phone that works... a big help for a deaf guy hum?

I have a T610 and the combination of its internal antena and T-Moble's crappy coverage in Midland has made for one unhappy customer.

Got new smartphone but reception is worse than my feature phone. So much for smart!

I haven't had any issues with my service, using this cell phone. I did have a Verizon LG phone before this Motorola that got very poor reception. But now, I don't have any problems. My calls don't get dropped, my battery doesn't drain fast, my calls are clear, and I'm able to send / receive calls without any issues.

Verizon only provides lip-service, not cell service! Just promises and no action.

Call my parents once a week and talk for 20-40 minutes. Since I have the Motorola phone, only 1 dropped call out of 25 calls.

If I stand to the left of my kitchen sink, on my right foot, holding onto a can of baked beans in my left hand, I might get coverage. Other than that, I'm one happy girl!

Lots of dropped calls or no reception with Verizon in this area of southern Midland county.

Just recently I have been able to recieve all 4 bars for Verizon. Perhaps a new tower was installed.
