No reception. When phone successfully dials, call is lost within seconds.

AT&T no reception at all

My Blackberry is practically useless. I have to go outside and stand in a particular spot on my driveway to get a signal. I can't use it in my house. Even the data plan is unreliable. I get voice mail messages days after the message was left. At 165 per month for a family plan (also a MotoRazor with similar problems) it is a huge waste of money. I was told by one AT&T agent that if my coverage did not improve I would be released from my two year contract without having to pay the penalty. However, I just learned that no such deal is possible. What is the truth? I am trying to get this settled this week.

We always have signal everywhere we go sometimes when we are deep in the woods are signal drops a bit but they still work

Dropped calls, no connection in house at all (won't even ring) and static consistently outside. Never had one complete call. 1-2 bars at the most.

4 / 5 most of the time with Verizon and I can use it in my house. Had T-Mobile and had 1-2 bars all of the time and consistently dropped calls (even when standing outside in driveway to get a signal.

I have to walk out of my house and into the street to get reception... this is especially fun in January.
