very good with Motorola Razor. I am told and can see Motorola has great internal antenna. New antenna has been located at Elks Park, which helps

I only use BlackBerry phones, and I never have a problem getting connections with them, maybe everyone is having problems with the phones?

I love t mobile... I get service were Sprint didn't and t mobile custmer service is excellent also. The only complaint I have is they need to put up 4g towers in muskegon... other then that no drop calls with t mobile like I did with Sprint love the service

Dropped calls, late msgs, no ring but get voicemail, nvr can connect to the internet, service sucks almost everywhere!

The service is horrible and has been for as long as I can remember. Sprint customer service stated there were 4-5 outages in the area with no idea of when they would be repaired. There are too many issues to list. To name a few: calls are constantly dropped, messages come in days later, some calls go straight to voicemail, navigation doesn't work at all, often no network available or says it is roaming.

I'm always told that they are working on the towers, or a switch is out or they are installing new towers, but I never see any improvement.

Phones terrible. Dropped calls, every call. Messages show up 1 to 2 days late. B.S. I'd drop them right now if I could!

in and out horrible reception less than a mile from tower

I researched a ton of blogs and found that Nextel's 2nd from bottom phone, the I265, is the best reception of all their phones and one of the better battery life phones. It is old school looking and not winning any beauty pageants, but it makes and receives calls way better than their $300-500 phones I used to use. We are getting Iphones soon, so I will compare to ATT later... .

not great service overall. but great along the lake shore. not so much at the lakeshore tho
