AT&T 0 Out of 5 Phone Model: Samsung SGH-X427	Been a Cingular customer 16 years. When we moved from SE Michigan, reception here is nil. Asked Cingular to end contract, they said too bad I don't have service and expect monthly payments for terms of contract.
