I've said it for almost 2 years now... CINGULAR SUCKS! I had AT&T Wireless previous to Cingular and had absolutely NO PROBLEMS whatsoever with AT&T. MAYBE one dropped call a month. Three months after I signed a new contract in July 2004 with AT&T Wireless, they switched to Cingular and that's when the problems began. I've repeatedly called them and they said "we're using AT&T's lines, there should be no difference." That's HOGWASH! I could tell when they switched from AT&T to Cingular. Unfortunately, I am stuck with them for another 6 months. As soon as my contract is up, it's adios, Cingular. Dropped calls daily in ANY area, can't even use the phone inside my house. Hey Cingular, if it ain't broke, don't fix it!
