	Changed from Cincinnati Bell to Verizon for better reception in Dayton, OH (winter) - but have entirely lost the ability to receive or send calls here in Bay View, MI. Bars are between 1 (often dropping while I send a call or receive one) - to 0 reception bars. Dreadful. I am looking for some way out of the two year contract - this is our long distance number - but will not work at all.
