	Many dropped calls. Coverage has gotten very bad in the last couple months. Very poor customer service. Don't seem interested in correcting the problem.

	bars bars everywhere and you can use them to. Outside my house I get 4 bars and inside 3 bars, great service but I took a trip up to the U.P. and the was no service ANYWHERE unless you where in a town area of some sort. but I brought along my altell phone and nomatter where I went I got 1 bar, I kinda had to climb a 50 foot pine tree to get 2 bars and hold a steady call. so Cingular has great signal around here but not in the U.P. and altell has signal in a lot of places but not many bars.

	I have to place my Motorola Q is wierd places in the house and use my BlueTooth ear piece or the 1-2 Bars will disconnect the cal when I walk around the house.
