Poor at best. To bad because it does not have to be, when I signed my contract 6-2004 phone worked, then they changed. People with TDMA have better service then gsm. I can use my phone with an antenna mounted to my car that they have sold me three of them for over 25 bucks each. I use them so much, they fail. I think they should give you a hat with a antenna mounted on it so you don't have to carry 8 foot of wire with you. Doesn't matter now, my antenna just pulled the guts out of my phone by plugging it in and out so much... ... . and they call this wireless?

Cell One sucks. They told me that my phone was the problem. I took it to the Cell One in Traverse City they did a visual check on my phone and said it LOOKS fine. I had told them that I had five bars for the last three months then all of the sudden I couldn't even make a call. So it had to be their tower. Anyways long sory short their tower wasn't funtioning properly like I had told them earlier.
