	I Have to go outside to get SPOTTY reception with my Nokia / Tmobile service package. Vendors should be required to inform customers whether they can expect to get good reception in certain areas, especially important areas like their homes or work places. We should pay according to actual, good connections rather than some sort of prepaid plan or montly service fee.
