T-Mobile 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: nokia 1680c	I Have to go outside to get SPOTTY reception with my Nokia / Tmobile service package. Vendors should be required to inform customers whether they can expect to get good reception in certain areas, especially important areas like their homes or work places. We should pay according to actual, good connections rather than some sort of prepaid plan or montly service fee.

T-Mobile 3 Out of 5 Phone Model: Samsung SGH x475	Reception is pretty fair. Occasionally my calls wouldn't go thru. Pretty satisfied with T-Mobile service.
