Verizon 2 Out of 5 Phone Model: Razr	While traveling either northbound or southbound on 196, my calls drop about 80% of the time when traveling over the bridge. In downtown South Haven, usually 1 to no bars of strength, although I rarely drop calls if I'm able to place one.

Verizon 1 Out of 5	0 to 3 bars varying enough to make most calls impossible to carry on without loss of voice intermittently. Occasionally cannot place calls. Verizon says that there is a geographical problem and that no additional towers are planned and there is nothing they can do to improve the service. I plan to discontinue the service.
